Norfolk based East Bilney Coachworks has become the first Automotive customer to take advantage of Concorde Informatics Ltd Managed Storage Solution. The service, originally designed for Concorde’s Enterprise customer base, ensures that all of East Bilney’s business critical data is backed up off-site in a secure data centre and is recoverable at the touch of a button.
David Baldwin, Partner at East Bilney Coachworks commented: “On a day to day basis it is very easy to neglect the importance of data until it is too late. If a disaster does happen, equipment can be replaced but data retrieval is far more complicated. If data is not backed up safely and effectively the results can be catastrophic."
