Services include: discrete consultation to assist strategy development, internal IT skills backfill and knowledge transfer; design and migration services; programme management; and full-out tasked service delivery. The service consists of several phases:

Discovery: workshop-led consultancy to determine your approach to IT infrastructure, from both financial and technical perspectives. Our approach is based on the Infrastructure Optimisation model and seeks to help you assess levels of IT maturity and identify potential service improvements.

Design: pragmatic consultancy to recommend areas for infrastructure refresh which meet your goals.

Validatation: tailored, hands-on delivery of a virtual environment (hosted or on-premise) to validate specific design components, test migration concepts, increase internal knowledge share and develop infrastructural processes such as desktop lifecycle, Active Directory management and what if scenarios.

Build: our Professional Services consultants will work with you to create a secure build for desktops, servers, Virtualisation platforms, security and storage infrastructure. All build processes follow best-practice engineering concepts and are fully managed by our Project Management team.

Optimise: our consultants have significant experience in the health analysis of customer infrastructure. We will ensure that, as a solution is developed, critical performance indicators are assessed and remediated to ascertain compliance with the projects originally-stated goal. Such optimisation includes Active Directory and Exchange health analysis, bandwidth analysis, storage and backup reviews and virtual platform assessments.

Transition: migration is a core competency. Our consultants will work with you to plan, test and perform migrations of users, data, mail and servers from your current infrastructure to the desired state.

Manage: our consultants will develop, build and operate infrastructure management solutions according to the guiding principles of ITIL and Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF).
